Program

An in-depth program designed to drive change in neighborhoods and local communities through the creation of a community network of dedicated residents, which serves as a foundation for leadership development and providing a platform for on-the-ground community initiatives.

We support community processes from start to finish, through identifying and refining needs, building connections,overseeing the creation of groups and community initiatives —through to ongoing, long-term implementation. The program operates in both routine times and emergencies, bringing the community together for shared action—even during periods of crisis.

Presence that drives change

Our community organizers are active in the field on a daily basis—present, listening, building trust, and inviting residents of all backgrounds and ages to become active partners, taking responsibility for their lives and shaping the future of their neighborhood.

Leadership from the field

Strong dialogue amongst residents, with local authorities, and community initiatives leads to tangible changes in infrastructure, the community atmosphere, the access to rights, social events, and the overall look of the neighborhood.

The community as a resource

When residents take responsibility for their environment, build partnerships with municipal departments, and work together to create a better neighborhood—new opportunities emerge that allow them to plan for the long term.
